We do not handle any transactions ourselves, Wix payments handles all our orders. Including creditcard, debitcard and paypal.
We do not receive your card details and do not store them on our server or database.
After your order is completed, you will receive an order conformation email. When your payment is processed you will receive another email.
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified afterwards and an automatic refund will be made in one day.
All orders take 2-4 working days to process.
We use MyParcel to ship all orders, they will provide you with a Track & Trace code. (postnl.nl)
Please note that overseas delivery times can vary considerably.

We do not accept returns.
Only if a product is received damaged, or a faulty product, you may return these products. You will be refunded the cost of goods once we have received the goods. Before returning an item, you are required to email to email@example.com to inform us that the goods are being returned, stating the concerning items, and reason of return.
